Day for Life. Today
there is a 2nd collection for the Day for Life. It is a day which is dedicated to raising awareness about the meaning and value of human life at every stage and in every condition. This year’s theme is
Cherishing Life, Accepting Death. Please take a card from the back of the church and support the work of the organisation both with your prayers and financially.
Summer Holiday Prayer and Praise
for Northampton will take place at New Testament Church of God, College Street, NN1 2QP on Monday 3rd August, starting with refreshments from 7pm. All, especially young people, are welcome to attend.
Lunch in the Sacred Heart Church Hall – Sunday 2nd August after 10am Mass. Everyone is very welcome. Please bring a plate of food to share and a smile. Come and meet old friends and make some new ones.
Rosary Rally. This will take place at Grace Dieu Manor on Sunday 23rd August. It will begin with Mass at 3pm. The principal celebrant will be Rev Fr John Martin from the Diocese of Nottingham. There
is a coach leaving at 1pm from St. Gregory’s on that day. The cost is £12. To book a place, please ring Maureen on 01604 315112. Please bring a picnic and a folding chair.
